1. Definitions

• “Platform” means the GIMMETIX website, services, and ticketing system.
• “User” or “you” means anyone who uses GIMMETIX.
• “Ticket” means the right to attend an event purchased via GIMMETIX.
• “Event Organizer” means the party responsible for hosting the event.
• “Service Fee” means charges by GIMMETIX for ticketing and related services.

2. Use of the Platform

By accessing and using GIMMETIX, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

3. Booking & Payments

• All ticket sales are subject to availability.
• Information provided must be accurate to complete your booking.
• Ticket prices may include additional service fees and applicable taxes.
• Once purchased, refunds or cancellations follow the Event Organizer’s policy and GIMMETIX’s Refund Policy.

4. Ticket Terms

• Event Organizers may refuse admission at their discretion.
• You may be required to present a valid photo ID matching the booking details.
• Tickets purchased on GIMMETIX cannot be resold unless expressly permitted.
• All attendees must comply with venue and safety regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, code, visuals, and branding on GIMMETIX belong to KIWIE Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without permission.

6. Data & Privacy

• By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you agree that GIMMETIX may collect and process your personal information (such as your name, email, and phone number) for the purpose of providing our services, including ticketing, order confirmations, and customer support.
• We will never sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share necessary booking details with Event Organizers to ensure smooth entry and event operations.
• You may request deletion of your account or personal data at any time by contacting support@gimmetix.com. Some information may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
• By ticking the agreement box during registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted both these Terms & Conditions and our Data & Privacy practices.

7. Changes to Terms

GIMMETIX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our Platform. Continued use means acceptance of those changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

GIMMETIX and KIWIE Studio shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the ticket price you paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be settled in Malaysian courts.
